Recently Reserve Bank of India (RBI), the Central Bank of Indian Monetary systems taken steps to Control the Scam to the Customers.
India, a vast populated and mostly rural dominated peoples Country, where poverty, joblessness, crisis, lack of education, lack of health & sanitation is most common things. So while, people are habituated to transact in Cash form in maximum numbers, from an ancient times.
But in this regime in Modi Government era, from and after the demonetization, the cash flow in all over the country including rural areas were minimized and other online transaction processes were started gradually from 2016. Due to inadequate currencies cash flow, people also added with these online transaction processes. And the various online transaction processes are started in PPP(Public-Private-Partnership) model.

But in these processes, certain unknown technical loopholes, or for any other technical issues, online scam by scammers & fraudulent activities arises through various social media Activities, people were easily scam by scammers, taken confidential information from people through social media, facebook, or fraud phone calls by scammers, hacking information about the Bank accounts informations, personal identical information etc.
Thousands of such type of scam happens with the common people, through these suspicious activities, in accordance with various social and digital media. Government inaugurate various programmes to encourage common people through online transactions failing encounter common people to the scams.

Now, RBI takes newly some steps to safeguard the interests of common people from online scams, such as told by Bank officials that,
i) Two phone numbers will generate, i.e. a number started with 1600, which will inform about banking requirements, such as KYC updation etc.
ii) And, another one number started with 140, which will introduce about debt information to the bank customers, that both will assist that these are the particular numbers perhaps, a phone call will received by the customers through Bank officials only.
And another steps taken which will assist people about, in online transactions and transfers to Other Bank customer’s Accounts through online RTGS or NEFT payment processes, the Beneficiary Account Holder’s Name and Other informations will shown into the online transaction apps, through which, the customer is going to transact.

If these systems updation processes were introduced with the online transactions processes, when introduced, the Common People will actually benefitted, before such Scam happens online .
