Mumbai, Maharashtra: Gautam Adani, the billionaire, with a joint venture in reconstruction plan to Dharavi, South Asia’s Biggest Slums, struggling to secure Lands for rehabilitation to the poors. A government officials reported, it’s a fresh challenge to an ambitious reconstruction plan.

After wining of 619 billon dollar, bid last year, Adani groups plan to convert 240 hectares of slums into a Modern City Hub. But it has already faced protests from oppositions, political parties are saying it’s an ‘undue favours’ by the Government to Adani Groups, However, they denied the Allegations.
Now, Adani group’s takes a New Challanges. Now the plan taken that, One, who lives in Dharavi from and before the Year 2000, will get FREE Homes in the redevelopment, and a lot of land needed to rehabilitate people. Atleast 580 hectares of land needed now, providing 7,00,000 people’s, which is ineligible. To build rehabilitation for those ‘ineligible’ people, adani joint ventures urged and applied to many local and federal agencies for more Land, but till not secure.
Government officials more added, it will affect project timeline.
The project, which has aims to rehabilitate millions of people, is a critical and High profile project for Mr. Goutam Adani, who under allegations of Mismanagement of Businesses & Stocks Manipulation which effects into downstream of Indian Economy is in Research of Foreign based Research Agency Hindenburg.
