India’s Prime minister, Mr.Narendra Modi strongly backed His Government ‘s contentious2019, decisions to revoke the Partial Autonomy of Jammu & Kashmir, the days After this territory’s Newly Elected Lawmakers sought for it’s restoration.
Referring to the Founding Father’s of Indian Constitution, Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar, he told- ” No Power in the World can restore the Article 370(Partial Autonomy), in Kashmir “., ” Only Baba Saheb’s Constitution will operate Kashmir, and Article 370, again not imposed”… Modi was addressed in an election rally in Maharashtra, the Economic Capital of Indian Economy & also the Birth & Working capital of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, who was born in this State and fought against caste, and racism, founded Constitution of India, The Pillar of Sovereign Republic of India.
In 2019, when people of the World fought against the Deadly Corana viruses ‘Covid-19′,a well dressed name of the virus, India’ s Modi’s Party, BJP, bharatiya janata party, revoked Special identity of Kashmiri Peoples, Article 370, which were imposed to the state, after independence of the country.
After revoking the autonomy and special facilities of the people of the State Jammu & Kashmir, not only revoked the autonomy to the people of J&K, also Split the State in Two(2) parts, and converted into union territory, one is Jammu & Kashmir and another is Ladakh.
And Jammu & Kashmir was the first and only State,which was converted into two Union Territory.
After a decade, Jammu & Kashmir held it’s frist elections in this September & October,2024 and a newly elected government passed a resolution this week to impose partial autonomy to the people of Jammu and Kashmir, which strongly rejected by Modi government.
Jammu and Kashmir’s new government only can legislate on local people on local issues like other indian states,but except the matters regarding public orders and policies.The Lawmakers of Jammu and Kashmir also need approval of federally appointed administrator’s on all policy decisions and lawmaking and need financial implications.
Under the Article 370 systems of autonomy, Jammu and Kashmir had it’s own constitution and freedoms to make laws and decisions except Foreign Affairs, Defence and Communication.
The trouble region, where separatist militants fought security forces since 1989, is India’s only Muslim majority State, which bordered by Pakistan, the Neighbouring Country, where relationship of India in a question.
And Jammu & Kashmir has been the Centre of Territorial Dispute in between India & Pakistan, the two neighbouring countries from British colonial rule before 1947.
Jammu & Kashmir claimed in full, but ruled in part, by both the Countries, India, Pakistan, fought with in two, of their three Wars over the region.
